How to make a Pumpkin Spice White Russian drink:
Pre-Steps:
If you wish to coat the rim of your glass with sugar, do that before you begin to make the drink.
To do so, pour a small amount of simple syrup on a small plate.
On another small plate, pour a small amount of brown sugar or cinnamon sugar.
Turn the glass upside down and dip the edge first into the syrup and then into the sugar of your choice.
Then fill your cocktail glasses with ice so they will begin to cool before making the drink.
Mixing the drink:
Fill a cocktail shaker about half-way full with ice.
Measure and pour the Kahlua, Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer, Vodka and pumpkin puree in the shaker.
Give it a good shake.
You want to make sure it’s thoroughly mixed since the pumpkin puree is a bit thick.
Fill your beverage glass with ice and pour the mixture through a strainer over the ice.
Lightly dust the drink with pumpkin pie spice or as an alternative, cinnamon.
Add a cinnamon stick or two for garnish and enjoy!
