Horchata Eggnog is amazing

Yes, this is eggnog. But it’s so much more!

First, you get some Horchata – and honestly, if your mouth isn’t watering already, I just don’t know.

You add that and some silver rum to your favorite eggnog.

And then take those spices (ginger, cinnamon, and cloves, oh my!) up to the next level.

Heck, no one would even blame you if you “pulled an Emeril” and started yelling “BAM!” “BAMM!” with every spice you add.
There’s nothing like a tasty eggnog to brighten up the holidays, and your friends and family will love it if you share this one at your next holiday party.

Best of all, you can easily whip up an alcohol-free version for the kids, so no one misses out!

Easy to make cinnamon gingerbread eggnog with horchata and fireball

 

Combining the delicious cinnamon flavors of Horchata and Fireball whiskey are pretty drool worthy.

I’ve always loved Fireball and Horchata on their own. But you know what they say about two great tastes that taste great together….

And they are even better mixed in with eggnog!

They really punch up your eggnog to the next several levels.

Ingredients you need to make Cinnamon Gingerbread Eggnog

  • Horchata
  • Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • Eggnog
  • Allspice
  • Ground Ginger
  •  Cinnamon
  • Ground Clove
  • Nutmeg (may opt out if allergic)
  • Whipped Cream

Make it a Mocktail instead

If you’d like to serve this drink without alcohol, simply omit the Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, and you’ve got a delicious eggnog!

And my oh my!

It’s tasty without it.

You still get plenty of that yummy cinnamon flavor from the horchata.

How to make Cinnamon Gingerbread Eggnog

This drink is really easy to make!

Gather your ingredients, and then make the drink right there in your cocktail glass.

You can also make a larger batch in a pitcher too if you’re serving several people at once.

Measure your Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, Horchata, and Eggnog and pour them into your cocktail glass.

Be sure to stir it well.

Then measure your spices (the ginger, allspice, clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon.)

Stir the spices into the eggnog mixture and make sure it’s thoroughly combined.

Top off the drink with some whipped topping and a dusting of cinnamon.

You can even garnish the drink with a cinnamon stick for extra flavor or just to make it pretty and festive.

Note: This drink is best served cold.

I particularly like to use chilled Horchata and Eggnog for this recipe.

Equipment

  • Measuring cup or jigger
  • Cocktail Glass
  • Bar Spoon
  • Straw

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Horchata
  • 2 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 3 oz Eggnog
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Clove
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg (leave out if allergic)
  • Whipped Topping

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail glass, add in Rum, Horchata, and eggnog. Give a good stir.
  • Add in ginger, allspice, clove, nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir.
  • Top with whipped topping and cinnamon.

Notes

Please note that nutrition facts are subject to change based on your choice of ingredients.
You may add a cinnamon stick for garnish and a straw. 
It's best if the horchata and the eggnog are cold before you make the drink.

    This was so good! Made it over Thanksgiving, and we really enjoyed the eggnog after our feast. We will be making it again over the holidays.
