There’s something extra special about serving a bubbly, pink punch for your special occasion.

Remember the movie, Steel Magnolias?

Shelby’s quote “Pink is my signature color” comes to mind whenever I make our delightful French Rose Champagne Punch.

It is the perfect punch for your special occasion.

When celebrating a special occasion, you need to serve a special beverage.

Perfect for weddings, showers, anniversaries, New Year’s Eve parties, and Valentine’s Day.

Or any time you want to feel extra special…

This French Rose Champagne Punch is the perfect thing to serve.

As delicious as it is beautiful, this stunning drink is the perfect shade of pink that’s just between blush and bashful.

The punch combines champagne with a delicate floral.

And yes, it smells wonderfully too.

Intended to be served in a large punch bowl, the French Rose Champagne Punch is made with champagne, gin, and rose syrup.

Ingredients to make the French Rose Champagne Punch

  • 1 bottle Champagne, we used Palmer & Co Brut Réserve NV
  • 1 bottle Gin, we used Caorunn Gin
  • 1 cup Monin rose syrup
  • 2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 2 small bottles Fever Tree tonic
  • Fresh berries or pomegranate seeds, for garnish
  • Rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Note: Yes, this is a recipe for a champagne punch.

We love making this recipe with a delicious champagne.

But if you’re watching your budget, the recipe will also taste great making it with sparkling wine, prosecco, or cava.

Each of these are often a bit more economical.

The great thing is that with it being a punch recipe, you can use what you can afford since the other ingredients will be doing the work.

This is especially true if you’re serving champagne independently as well.

Be sure to splurge on the good stuff for the champagne you’ll serve all on its own.

Your taste buds, and your guests, will thank you.

How to make the Pink Champagne Punch with Gin

Pre-Steps:

In a large pitcher or beverage dispenser, combine all liquid ingredients.

Seal the container tightly and refrigerate until ready to use.

Can I make the Pink Champagne Punch without alcohol?

Yes!

Just because it’s called champagne punch doesn’t mean that it has to be an alcoholic beverage.

And with it’s gorgeous pink color, this is a popular recipe to serve for gender reveal parties.

So if you’re looking to serve it without the booze, or make some on the side that is non-alcoholic, you can do that.

Here’s what to do.

You will leave out the gin altogether.

There’s no need to provide a substitution for the gin unless you need to make the punch go farther.

If that’s the case, you can use something like ginger ale, Sprite, or club soda.

It has tonic water in it already, but you don’t want to add too much more tonic water as the quinine will be too strong if you do.

In place of the champagne, you may substitute sparkling grape juice.

It shouldn’t effect the taste or the color that much.

It will still look pretty and pink.

Make the bubbly champagne punch:

When it’s time to serve the drink, add ice to your punch bowl or beverage dispenser.

Pour the punch over ice and stir well. You want to dilute the punch just a bit.

Pour into wine glasses, champagne flutes, or punch glasses.

Garnish with fresh berries floating on top of the drink and a rosemary sprig.
