I’m sure you’ve heard of wraps made with chicken, veggies, and ranch dressing.

You can also wrap up leftovers – any meat, veggie, and condiment can work!

But these healthy chicken caesar wraps offer a twist from the usual healthy chicken wrap recipes.

Take a fresh, tasty caesar salad, add in some easy-to-prepare Instant Pot chicken, and you have your next favorite summertime treat!

Easy Chicken in the Instant Pot

Wraps are a really great way to enjoy a meal, especially when the weather is warm.

And when they are this easy to prepare, even better!

The only cooking involved is done in your Instant Pot.

Simply add your chicken and seasonings and let the pressure cooker do the work.

While your chicken cooks, you have time to mix up your salad and grate some cheese.

Once the chicken is cooked, chop it up into nice bite-size chunks and assemble your wraps.

Eating one of these is like enjoying the best chicken caesar salad – only better.

This healthy chicken wrap is a great “on the go” food when you want something simple to take with you on a busy day.

Ingredients for this Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
  • 1 bundle romaine lettuce (about 4 to 5 cups)
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 6 spinach herb wraps
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup caesar dressing; more if needed

Equipment needed:

Instant Pot fans may enjoy having more than one sealing ring. I like to use one for sweet dishes and one for savory dishes.

Having them in different colors is helpful to remember which one to use.

And it’s also handy to have more than one if you’re a power user too!

How to Make a Chicken Wrap

Add the chicken to the Instant Pot and top with lemon juice and garlic, spreading it over the chicken.

Add your choice of water or broth.

Set to high pressure for 25 minutes.

Quick release pressure when the Instant Pot stops counting.

In a large bowl, add chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and parmesan. Toss well.

Add chopped cooked chicken and caesar dressing. Toss well.

Place mixture from the bowl into the wrap and wrap up. Cut the wrap in half and serve.

Notes:
This recipe was made in a 6 quart Instant Pot Duo.

(Yes, the chicken is thick so it needs 25 minutes these are large boneless skinless breasts. If you are using thin frozen chicken you may need less time.)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tablespoon Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Water or Chicken Broth
  • 1 bundle Romaine Lettuce (About Four to Five Cups)
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 6 Spinach Herb Wraps
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing More if Needed

Instructions
 

  • In the Instant Pot add the chicken and top with lemon juice and garlic.
    4 large Chicken Breasts, 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, 2 Tablespoon Garlic
  • Spread the garlic around over the chicken.
  • Add your choice of water or broth.
    1/2 cup Water or Chicken Broth
  • Set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Quick release pressure when the Instant Pot stops counting.
  • In a large bowl, add chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and parmesan. Toss well.
    1 bundle Romaine Lettuce, 1 cup Croutons, 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Add chopped cooked chicken and caesar dressing. Toss well.
    1 cup Caesar Dressing
  • Place mixture from the bowl into the wrap and wrap up. Cut the wrap in half and serve.
    6 Spinach Herb Wraps
