Enjoy sipping on a Lime and Jasmine Mojito whenever you need a cool and refreshing pick me up.

Made with lime or lemon juice, rum, mint, and club soda, a mojito is slightly sweet, sparkling, and incredibly refreshing.

However, as delicious as a regular mojito may be, this Lime and Jasmine Mojito is even better.

The secret is the Fentiman’s Sparkling Lime and Jasmine.

This tasty beverage brings all the fizzy charm of club soda and the refreshing zing of lime juice.

But the floral notes of Jasmine tea really bring those flavors home, especially when mixed with freshly muddled mint leaves.

This lime mojito recipe is so easy to make – yet it doesn’t taste that way.

Serve this cocktail to guests and watch their expression change as they ponder the complex flavor profile.

They may even ask you for the recipe, just to satisfy their curiosity.

Whether you share it or not, be sure to have lots of supplies on hand, because these Lime and Jasmine Mojitos are definitely a crowd-pleaser.

Perfect for Summertime events – from 4th of July barbecues to Labor Day potlucks.

A sprig of fresh mint garnishes a highball beverage glass.
This mojito recipe is perfect to enjoy with a meal, and with it’s minty freshness, it’s also great to enjoy afterwards.

Ingredients:

  • Light Rum
  • Lime Juice
  • Fentiman’s Sparkling Lime and Jasmine
  • Ice
  • Fresh Mint Leaves, for muddling and for garnish
  • Optional: Simple Syrup

To make the drink, you will need: a cutting board and bar knife, a citrus press or squeezer, a measuring cup or jigger, a highball glass, a muddling stick.

Optionally, you may need a mixing glass.

Ingredients to make a lime mojito with Fentiman's sparkling Jasmine and rum.
You’ll need rum, fresh mint and limes, and of course, the Fentiman’s lime and jasmine – or a jasmine tea mixture.

Can I make a mojito with Jasmine tea instead?

While the Fentiman’s is lovely and has a delicious jasmine tea flavor, if you can’t find it, you can brew some jasmine tea yourself.

Then combine the mint and a bit of sugar or simple syrup to taste to make your mint flavored sweetener.

Add that to the tea to sweeten and flavor the jasmine tea.

Let the tea cool and then pour it over ice.

Then add the rum and give it a gentle stir.

Top it off with a touch of club soda to make it sparkle.

Then you have a delicious sparkling jasmine tea mojito!

How to muddle the mint

Note- For this drink, you may muddle the mint directly in the glass.

Alternatively, you may muddle it in a mixing glass and strain the mint and rum mixture over ice prior to adding the Sparkling Lime and Jasmine.

Can I make this drink without alcohol?

Yes. And it’s really quite good! The Fentimen’s soda has a lot of flavor and adding a touch of lime and mint makes it taste a lot like a limeade.

You’ll leave out the rum.

Otherwise, the instructions remain the same.

However, you may add a drop or two of rum extract if you would like to preserve the rum taste and make it more like a mojito.

Directions:

Since you may muddle the drink in the glass you serve it in, you’ll start by adding the mint leaves to your highball glass.

Pour the rum and lime juice in the glass.

Gently bruise the mint with your muddling stick.

You don’t have to muddle them hard to make them release their flavor and aroma.

Fill the glass with ice.

If you’d like, you may add some slices of lime.

Top with the Sparkling Lime and Jasmine Drink.

Or use your jasmine tea mixture if you’ve brewed tea instead of using the Fentimans.

Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and enjoy!

Carefully top the drink with the Fentiman’s botanical beverage. It’s sparkling, so it will be a little fizzy.
