Peach Vodka Bellini

A Peach Vodka Bellini is the perfect addition to your brunch menu.

The key to making a great bellini is to use pureed white peaches mixed with prosecco.

But if you want to take that great bellini and make it even better, throw in some peach vodka.

The extra flavor really makes a Peach Vodka Bellini sparkle.

Enjoy sipping on a peach bellini with a splash of peach flavored vodka. It’s the perfect way to enjoy peaches even when they aren’t in season.

One of the most basic yet elegant champagne cocktails is the Bellini.

Created in Venice, Italy in the 1940s, the original Bellini was made with prosecco, a dry sparkling wine.

But it can also be made with champagne.

To make a classic Bellini, add three ounces of white peach puree to a champagne glass, slowly adding the champagne and stirring.

We’ve added a peach flavored vodka twist to the classic Bellini.

It’s kind of like a cross between a peach bellini and a peach cosmo!

Why not have the best of both worlds?

Serving a Peach Bellini

I’ve always enjoyed a Peach Bellini for brunch.

It’s perfect to serve anytime, but I especially like to enjoy it for family brunches.

It’s a beautiful, romantic beverage, and it’s perfect to enjoy for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day too.

Since a bellini is such a popular beverage, it’s also a great choice for bridal showers and weddings.

And it’s pretty darn perfect to serve on a hot day by the pool.

Sipping on a cool, refreshing bellini, listening to some tunes, and relaxing.

Ah that sounds good!

Set up a bellini bar

You can even set up a Bellini bar for parties, using frozen peaches, strawberries, and blueberries that are pureed in a blender.

Simply puree your fruit in advance, and chill the purees.

Then serve them in individual carafes alongside your prosecco, champagne, or other sparkling wine.

Ingredients to make a Peach Vodka Bellini

  • 1 oz. Peach Flavored Vodka – we used Van Gogh Cool Peach Vodka
  • 1 oz. white peach purée
  • 3 oz. Sparkling wine, chilled – we used Prosecco, but you may also use Champagne or Cava
  • Fresh Mint leaves, for garnish
  • Peach Slices, for garnish

Note: You may use regular vodka in the recipe if you would like.

If so, you may want to add another teaspoon of peach puree to pump up the peach flavor.

How to make a Peach Bellini with Vodka

In a mixing glass, add vodka, white peach puree, and sparkling wine with ice.

Strain into a chilled flute.

Garnish with a floating mint leaf and a peach slice.

Note: When you stir the drink be careful to stir it very gently.

You don’t want to over stir.

We like to serve the drink over crushed ice.

It’s really got a nice texture served that way.

If crushed ice isn’t available, you can always crush the ice in your blender if you choose.

I prefer not to blend the drink itself in the blender since it’s mixed with sparkling wine.

When you add the sparkling wine to the other ingredients after blending, it makes the drink a bit watered down, even if there’s no extra water.

So crushing the ice first is the way we prefer to do it.

This recipe looks delicious! I tried a peach bellini for the first time at my niece’s shower a few months ago and loved it. I am looking forward to trying this recipe at home.
