How to Make Pecan Pie Fudge
Ingredients
- Pre-made pie crust
- Pecans, chopped
- Sweet cream butter, unsalted
- White chocolate chips
- Brown sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Maple extract

Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper and spray with Pam baking spray.
Unroll pie crust and cut an 8×8 square and place in pan and poke with fork several times.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden around the edges.
Mix the fudge while your pie crust is baking.
Using a large mixing bowl add butter, evaporated milk, and white chocolate chips and melt in the microwave in increments of 30-45 seconds until melted.
Once melted, mix in the brown sugar, vanilla, and maple extract.
Pour the fudge onto the top of the crust and cover the top with the pecan chips.
