fresh mint leaves

simple syrup

lime juice
or juice of 1 lime

cup
fresh raspberries
½
cup
fresh blueberries

1/4 cup silver tequila or white rum if you want to make an original mojito
1
lime - sliced in wedges
Club soda
Ice cubes
Garnish - fresh raspberries
blueberries, lime wedge and mint leaves
Instructions
Add the mint, simple syrup and lime juice to a bowl.
Muddle the mint lightly, just enough to release some of the mint flavor.
Divide the mint mixture into 2 serving glasses.
Divide the fruit in half and carefully drop into each serving glass.
Add 2 oz of silver tequila (or rum) to each glass.
Drop a lime wedge into each glass. Add ice.
Top off each glass with chilled club soda.
Garnish with an additional lime wedge, a few blueberries and raspberries and mint leaves.
