Instant Pot Cranberry Apple Cider Bourbon is made largely of fresh ingredients, from apples to cranberries to a naval orange. You slice everything up and toss it in the Instant pot with fresh ginger and spices, add some Maple Syrup.

Instructions
Remove stems from apples and cut apples into thin slices.
Add thinly sliced apples, cranberries, and the orange (skin on) to the Instant Pot.
Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and ginger to the Instant Pot.
Add the water (should cover the fruit).
Add the maple syrup to the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine.
Put the lid on, making sure that the pressure valve is in the “Sealing” position.
Select the “Pressure Cook” mode.
Set the time to 15 minutes.
Do a natural release for 15 minutes, followed by a quick release.
Strain the fruit from the cider.
Add Bourbon. Stir to combine
Serve hot, or allow to chill for 2 hours if you prefer.
