Instructions
In your mixing glass, pour your pink guava juice, lime juice, and rum. Stir until they are well-mixed.
Gently bruise leaves on one sprig of mint by rubbing them gently between your thumb and forefinger.
Add the bruised mint to your guava and rum mixture.
Using a bar spoon, stir the mint and drink mixture well.
Strain into your glass over ice.
Top with Club Soda.
Garnish with the remaining sprig of mint and enjoy.
