Our Apple Cider Mimosa recipe is truly one of the most delicious fall cocktails. Made with apple cider and champagne, it's ideal to make by the pitcher or to make ahead for your holiday mimosa bar.

Ingredients

Corn syrup to rim the glasses
Sprinkles or sugar for dipping the rim
½
cup
apple cider
¼-½
cup
champagne
Optional: Apple slices for garnish
Instructions
Take two saucers, and add a small layer of corn syrup to one and a small layer of sprinkles or sugar to the other.
Dip the rim of your glass into the corn syrup, and then the sprinkles or sugar.
Add apple cider to the glass.
Then fill the glass the rest of the way with champagne.
Garnish with apple slices, if desired.
