Instructions
Pre-Steps:
If you don't have chocolate shavings, take a vegetable peeler and run it gently down the side of a chocolate bar until you have enough shavings.
When you measure the milk, be sure to reduce the milk by the same number of tablespoons of Irish Cream and/or Whiskey you are adding.
Line up your shot glasses or pudding cups on a tray.
Make the pudding shots:
Measure and pour the Bailey's Irish Cream into a bowl.
Optional: If you are also including Jameson Irish Whiskey, measure and add the whiskey to the bowl too.
Mix the package of chocolate pudding and milk as directed on the package, subtracting the amount of alcohol added from the milk, and add to the bowl.
Mix well.
Pour pudding into the cups.
Place the cups on a tray to make it easy to move them in and out of the refrigerator.
Let the pudding cups sit in fridge for two to three hours to get nice and chilled.
Top with whipped topping and shaved chocolate.
Notes
Notes: You may use your favorite brand of Chocolate Pudding mix. We used Jello this time, but we also like using Hershey's chocolate pudding and various flavors of Godiva's chocolate pudding mix to make pudding shots. If you would like these more boozy then add more Bailey's (and/or Jameson) and less milk when mixing the box. You need the milk to make the pudding creamy, so I do not recommend reducing the milk by more than 1/3.Note that nutrition facts are subject to change based on your choice of ingredients.
