Easy to Make Oreo Fudge, aka Cookies and Cream Fudge
Whether you call it Oreo Fudge or Cookies and Cream Fudge, one thing we know for sure is that it’s delicious!
This Oreo Fudge is so flavorful and amazing, it may be hard to believe how easy it is to make.
But all you do is heat up the ingredients and pour it into a pan.
Add Oreos and let everything cool.
Friends and family will swear that you slaved for hours over these, but don’t tell them the truth.
After all, you just can’t buy credit like that.
This Oreo Fudge recipe is an amazing treat for all holiday occasions.
Serve them as treats for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Whip up a bunch for New Year’s parties or when watching the Super Bowl.
Or make a batch simply because you are craving chocolate.

Ingredients to make our Oreo Fudge Recipe:
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2.5 oz (half a small can) evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 C white chocolate chips
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 OREO cookies, or to taste
Kitchen Equipment you will need:
- 9×4 Loaf Pan
- Medium Sauce Pan
- Spatula or spoon
How to make Oreo Fudge:
Pre-steps:
Grease a 9″x4″ loaf pan and sprinkle some of the Oreos (broken into pieces) in the bottom. Set aside.
Place the sugar, evaporated milk, butter, fluff and salt in a medium-sized saucepan over low heat.
Stir constantly until completely combined, then increase heat to medium and bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil mixture for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove from heat.
Mix in the white chocolate chips.
Stir the white chocolate chips until they have completely dissolved.
Fold mixture into the loaf pan.
Chop up 7 of the OREOs and press into the fudge mixture.
Crush the remaining OREO and sprinkle crumbs on the fudge.
Press OREOs and crumbs firmly into the fudge.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before cutting and serving.
Serving Tip:
When serving, it’s nice to cut the Oreo Fudge into bite sized squares.
We’ve found that you can cut as many as 21 squares!
But we also like to cut it into 15 squares so the bites are a little bigger.
