Do you like oatmeal as much as I do?
So warm and comforting, especially on cold mornings or when fresh raspberries are in season – I think that my favorite thing is how versatile it can be.
This homemade Raspberry Almond Oatmeal is a perfect example!
Easy to Make Homemade Raspberry Almond Oatmeal
With the addition of Almond Extract, Almond Butter, and Raspberries, the flavors pretty much explode in the most wonderful way.
And since it is sweetened with just a tablespoon of Agave, you don’t end up with the sugar rush and crash you might get with other sweet oatmeal recipes.
This oatmeal is so delicious, the kids are sure to love it.
It’s perfect for any cold morning, and would even be a lovely treat to make your family for Valentine’s Day.
The pretty raspberries just kind of give it that vibe.
And after all, what better way to tell your family you love them than with a nice, healthy, wholesome breakfast?
Note – Almond butter is dangerously addictive.
So if you find that you can’t stop sneaking some out of the jar before you put it away, no one will blame you.
Dairy-Free Raspberry Almond Oatmeal
When raspberries are in season, they are absolutely exquisite in this recipe.
If you can go raspberry picking, those are the best, but even the fresh ones from the market will do.
The sweetness from the fruit mixes with the oatmeal and almond flavors to make it feel almost like having dessert for breakfast.
Especially if you add a spoonful of cream to your oatmeal – except that it’s a lot better for you!
