These delicious Garlic Parmesan Basil Roasted Carrots are so easy to make in the oven, and they are healthy too! The sweet and savory flavors blend together and go with so entrees. They are also great to serve for Thanksgiving and other holiday meals.
Cut carrots into long quarters and place in a bowl.
7 Carrots
Mix together carrots, garlic, and 1/3 cup Parmesan.
1/3 cup Parmesan, 2 tbsp Garlic, 7 Carrots
Pour mixture onto a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. Remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes then top with 1/4 cup Parmesan and basil.
1/4 cup Parmesan, 6 Fresh Basil Leaves
Top with salt and pepper. Serve!
