The first time you taste Cinnamon Gingerbread Eggnog, you’ll feel like you’ve just received a warm Christmas hug. It isn’t a temperature thing - because this eggnog tastes best when it is served ice cold. Rather - it’s the flavor . . . reminding you of cinnamon rolls on a Sunday morning or that delicious flavor your milk took on when you dipped your cinnamon toast in it as a kid.
In a cocktail glass, add in Rum, Horchata, and eggnog. Give a good stir.
Add in ginger, allspice, clove, nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir.
Top with whipped topping and cinnamon.
