Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka and pear nectar. Shake well.
Strain the vodka and pear nectar into a martini glass.
Add 4-5 dashes of Angostura bitters to taste. Gently stir with a bar spoon.
Add 1 cinnamon stick and 1 Star Anise pod and serve. Enjoy!
