cranberries
fresh or frozen

clementines
juiced, peel reserved
½
lemon
juiced, peel reserved

cup
sugar
1
cinnamon stick
pinch
ground clove
Instructions
Combine cranberries, sugar, cinnamon stick, and ground clove into medium size cooking pot.
Juice clementines and half a lemon, and add juice to cooking pot.
Slice peels into thin strips.
Simmer on medium heat until cranberries burst. Continue to simmer until sauce thickens, approximately 15-20 minutes. *Add water if needed.
Allow to cool. Remove cinnamon stick and store in refrigerator overnight for best results.
