Ingredients you need to make Blood Orange Salad with Salami

  • 1 opal apple; sliced
  • 1 blood orange; peeled
  • 10 heirloom grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup spring salad mix
  • 10 red holiday grapes
  • 10 slices dry aged salami

How to make Blood Orange Salad with Salami and Apples

Slice apple and peel the orange. 

Opal apples don’t brown as quickly as other varieties

The great thing about Opal Apples is that they aren’t likely to brown quickly when you slice them.

So if you need to make this salad an hour or so ahead of time, that gives you a bit more time.

Wash and place salad into a plate or bowl.

Top with opal apple slices, blood orange slices, grapes, and tomatoes.

Layer with salami and top with dressing of choice.
