If you love cured meats, or especially the flavors of charcuterie, you'll love our Italian Prosciutto Salad. It combines many of those delicious flavors into a yummy salad.
Slice red onion into half-moon rounds. Top on salad. Slice pepperoni and top on salad. Place prosciutto and olives on the salad. Top with peperoncinis and/or parmesan.
Drizzle on dressing of choice, toss, and serve.
