Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Champagne we used Palmer & Co Brut Réserve NV
  • 1 bottle Gin we used Caorunn Gin
  • 1 cup Monin rose syrup
  • 2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 bottles Fever Tree tonic we used the small size
  • Fresh berries or pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher or beverage dispenser, combine all liquid ingredients.
  • Seal the container tightly and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Make the bubbly champagne punch:
  • When it’s time to serve the drink, add ice to your punch bowl or beverage dispenser.
  • Pour the punch over ice and stir well. You want to dilute it a bit.
  • Pour into wine glasses, champagne flutes, or punch glasses.
  • Garnish with fresh berries floating on top of the drink and a rosemary sprig.
