In a large pitcher or beverage dispenser, combine all liquid ingredients.
Seal the container tightly and refrigerate until ready to use.
Make the bubbly champagne punch:
When it’s time to serve the drink, add ice to your punch bowl or beverage dispenser.
Pour the punch over ice and stir well. You want to dilute it a bit.
Pour into wine glasses, champagne flutes, or punch glasses.
