small watermelon
about 4 cups cut into cubes

large cucumber
sliced
3
ounces
of feta cheese
cut into cubes
1
tablespoon
fresh mint
chopped
1
tablespoon
fresh basil
chopped
1
lime
juiced
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste
Instructions
Cut the watermelon into chunks.
1 small watermelon
Add the watermelon, cucumber, feta cheese, mint, and basil to a large serving bowl.

3 ounces of feta cheese,
1 tablespoon fresh mint,
1 tablespoon fresh basil
Mix well.
Add the juice of one lime.

Add salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste,
